This means the letting of office space directly from the landlord of the building. Internally the space is yours to utilise entirely as you wish (subject to landlord's consent where appropriate). You must manage and maintain all facilities, for example, arranging space planning and fit out, I.T. and telephone systems, furniture, cleaning, utility bills and service charges. Conventional office space is rented on a price per square foot per annum basis. Please note you are responsible for the payment of rates.
